Great Snowmobile Traction Requires Great Reliability

International Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. (IEM) with existing proprietary processes and intellectual property, designs, tests, manufactures, packages and sells leading-edge carbide traction and control products through the world-wide snowmobile manufacturer distribution network and under the trademarked name, Woody's®, to distributors specializing in motorsports accessory products. International Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc.'s products enhance and upgrade the acceleration, deceleration and maneuverability efficiency of new and existing rubber track vehicles at the latest traction technology levels.

Products include studs with carbide tips that are installed in the track. The studs are designed for specific terrains in varying lengths, shapes and materials. The studs control acceleration, deceleration and maneuverability. IEM also designs and sells the support plates needed to hold the studs at the required rigidity for optimum traction. IEM designs, builds and sells through the same worldwide network, runners with carbide inserts that fit to the bottom of snowmobile skis. This product significantly increases steering of the snowmobile.

The carbide tipped studs and the runners with carbide inserts improve driving efficiency and reduce operator fatigue because of the increased ability to accelerate, decelerate and turn. These products provide the same benefits for new, used and replacement rubber track systems.

IEMs expertise in brazing carbide to various materials and shapes allows them to manufacture and create products that are durable against most surfaces contacted. The ease of installation allows even the most inexperienced to correctly install this product. IEM is dedicated to providing traction and control that is innovative, efficient, and cost effective for our customers traction problems.

International Engineering & Manufacturing , Inc. was established in 1968 in Hope, Michigan. IEM products are manufactured in the U.S.A.
